Embracing diversity and others with a different belief systems as well. Modeling and teaching fruits of the Life love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Our values are centered on teaching how to restore healthy relationships to our youth , young adults, and parents in our communities. Fostering a safe and helpful environment for positive growth. Vision
At Destined 4 Greatness, a.k.a, “D4G,” we identify the gifts and talents of school-age students and adult learners. Our Pillars are the Arts, Education, Vocation, Athletics, Entrepreneurship, and Mentoring. From a holistic approach, we address psycho-social development. By identifying and providing them with the help, advocacy, or resources they need to become mentally healthy, in combination with, spreading awareness of the warning signs of violence and/or unhealthy mental states of youth and young adults. We learn the individual strengths and we believe these pillars are foundational in developing our students and young adults to prepare, properly position, and sprout growth towards becoming productive and successful in their communities.
At D4G, the emphasis on cultural diversity and inclusion is a vital baseline for our organization. We understand the differences in individuals' experiences lead them to their current state and circumstances rather they are unhealthy or health situations . Possibly, when reflected in children and adults , resulting in their misbehavior, misdirection, miseducation or inability to reach a common space specific goal. By treating people with humanity and empathy, we can cater to the differentiating needs of the individuals.
Our mission strives directly from Scripture, implementing Christ’s values and “planting the seeds” of His knowledge within our youth. Reflecting Galatians 5:22-26 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control… Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking, and envying each other.” Our values rely directly on restoring kindness and faithfulness to our youth and young adult communities, allowing a safe and helpful environment for positive growth.

With our focus on the Arts, we expand the creativity of children and their individual talents. We provide a positive outlet through different forms of music or artistic interests, allowing the individual to naturally flow with the process and express themselves, heal through past traumas, or provide their perspective to others in a different form of communication.
Promoting education and the importance of effort within our educational systems, we expect to improve youth test scores through the methods suggested. Catering to each individual’s needs and values, we can implement new strategies to promote focus and test-taking skills that will automatically reflect within their school. We offer tutoring services, study strategies, and hope for our youth to refrain from violence and towards education.
As stated, D4G is reflected by Scripture. Each individual decides their relationship with God and the extent their willing to go to, to achieve that. We assist and guide one another to interpret and understand what that means for them; allowing exploration, understanding, and guidance throughout the process. We support the ideologies that the individuals hold, regardless of their faith/religion or beliefs.
Athletics are a stellar outlet for youth and young adults to find passion, understand “TEAM” concepts, and provide a fine example for working hard to achieve greatness. Athletics can be a strong motivating factor for youth to perform well in school, as it gives purpose to the individual’s work. Capitalizing on the strengths and interests of the individual, we provide further learning resources and programs to promote growth within the sports. We have completed programs focusing on basketball, but hope to expand to soccer and other sports.
Lastly, we assist young entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams through understanding methods of business, information on proper licensing, and correct resources to grow their vision. For youth looking towards furthering their education, we help with preparing for college, SAT tests, and guiding them along their journey.
Overall, we allow for our youth to become well-rounded by pursuing their strengths and aspirations.
